Today is Tracey's birthday and I always enjoy taking a macro flower shot.

I had an early finish today to meet up with Nick who is up on a short visit from London, Mum & Dad called in also & always enjoy chatting to him & finding out all about his busy life in the capital city.

K had football training early evening before we had a lovely pork evening meal.
