Gairloch

This stormy weather continues, and blip shots are now best taken from the car. Either the rain batters on the camera, or the wind knocks me over, or very nearly. It doesn't help that the focussing of the shots does not seem to be on top form at the moment. The autofocus does not seem to be able to find anything to attach to, and when I use Manual Focus it ends up out of focus. I shall continue to experiment and get frustrated. I hope there is nothing wrong with the camera - it is probably my wonky eyesight.

I had another Shiatsu massage today, and already the knees are feeling better. I really do want to get back into the walking. In this wind, however, it is the standing-up which is difficult to achieve!
