Happy Easter

The family came over for Easter Sunday dinner and along with the usual roast lamb I made a chocolate caramel cheesecake for dessert.  Made a bit of a mess as there was too much cheesecake, but I just re-arranged it into a deeper plate and piled on lots of decorations.   After their egg hunt in the garden, it was a bit too much even for the children to eat so most of it is still in the freezer.
