Lighthouse
The Jupiter lighthouse and Museum offer climbing tours of the landmark 1860 lighthouse and was federally designated as an Outstanding Natural Area by Congress in 2008. At the junction of the Indian and Loxahatchee Rivers at the Jupiter Inlet. 120 acres contain 25 special status species and cultural evidence of 5,000 years of human occupation.
In the year 2015 the inlet provides an access to the Atlantic Ocean for hundreds of boaters and fishermen everyday. Canoeing and kayaking are championed on the beautiful Jupiter Inlet daily.
Photographers flock to the area to shoot the Lighthouse as the Sun rises and as it sets. It's just a damn beautiful area. It's on the East coast of Florida and about 1 hr drive South from my home
