Good Friends...Bad Habits

My day ended with this surprise gift of cake from a friend. Since quitting the cigs I've replaced one bad habit with another! My mood is steadily lightening in the evenings- the other half is pleased.
Reasonably uneventful evening working on some PowerPoints.
