Cool blood thing

J is, understandably, getting a little fed up of being prodded and poked and not actually getting better. So it was a relief when it turned out that blood tests are "the coolest thing that has happened so far." Not quite sure when we'll get the results but they are testing him for just about everything going to make sure we aren't missing something. The only disappointment was that he didn't get to take any home.

I'm trying very hard not to think about how little work I did today so let's not dwell on that.

On the more fun side Anna has introduced me to The Next Step, a kind of dance version of Kids From Fame which provides the appropriate level of escapism required.
