The High Level Bridge and Swing Bridge Newcastle

In front of the High Level Bridge is the Swing Bridge built on the site of the Old Tyne Bridge of 1781 and 1270. Beyond the bridges is the Newcastle Keep a medieval fortification dating back to 1172. A wonderful sunny day spent relaxing with my youngest daughter.
