It was warm enough to sit outside today when Daughter#1 visited for lunch. She found P's copy of last week's Sunday Times and caught up on some out-of-date news.

The hot news that everyone local is talking about is the tragic story of the missing student whose remains have now been found. The presence of the press in the village, where the mother of the man arrested in connection with Karen Buckley's death apparently lives, has been the cause of much speculation.

As D#1 pointed out, tragic stories like this happen all the time - maybe a bit of exaggeration there - but it's not often that it hits a little village like Drymen.
