i'm in a youth worker rut. in too late to do anything constructive but up too late to do anything constructive. work blip sleep.
Anyhows, i'm dieting ... never had a problem getting a reasonable amount of excercise but i luuuurrve food. too much of a good thing though. rice krispie squares were created by God, a bunch of cereal and a few marshmallows squidged into a packet have never been so welcoming!
