My favorite dessert combination is cheese and jam especially when my dear friend from Brazil brings some "queso canastra" and "guava jam". Today I have to be very happy with my version, handcrafted cheese from a ranch called Montegrande and "ate de membrillo" (jam) from Patzcuaro, Michoacan. Don't forget the handcrafted fruit liquor from Morelia!
