Happy days

The wee man went to one of his favourite places today, the Botanical Gardens.  As his Mum was driving towards the street to turn into, he said 'Mama, forgot to turn last time'.  His Mum laughed and agreed, saying 'yeah, that's right - I completely forgot to turn and we had to loop back around, didn't we?' 

'Yeah, it was funny,' he replied, 'it was happy.' 

I like our boy's thinking - a mistake being a happy experience. Let's hope he carries that perspective into his adulthood.
