A morning in clinic translating for a doctor from Cuba whose English was very hard for the Tobagans to understand!! An afternoon on the beach where we had some rain (actually the 2nd time this week). Lovely and relaxed in the Caribbean Sea and I confirmed my first kite surfing lesson for Friday which I am very excited about. I will make sure I let you all know how it goes!!
