Endorphins
Endorphins been a bit thin on the ground so grabbed my running gear and forced myself back out to get the training back up for my leg of the Edinburgh Marathon relay. I have 46 days before I need to run 8.3 miles and im sitting at 4.5 without the puff to go further. Getting quicker, running for longer but psyching myself out on the distance and the bloody hills.

So here's a quirky tree at sunset on one of the inclines where I was glad of the pause for breath.
