Lourdes Photos

I spent all afternoon sorting out the photos I took in Lourdes with my foot up.
I have rested my foot, iced it, smothered it in arnica, lavender and Voltarol. I put on the support bandage and my ankle did feel better. Hopefully I will feel even better tomorrow and can go out without looking like hop along Cassidy!!!!!
