On the road(bike) to Sils Maria

A warm, glorious afternoon and a slight breeze made for great conditions for dusting off the road bike and heading off up the valley, past the lake by St Moritz, past the Silvaplana lake and finally to the start of the last lake before the Maloja pass, which is where I took this shot. It was worth the 50 km ride, notably for three things: the immense sense of freedom and pleasure of riding my bike, the stunning scenery and backdrops and finally being able to exercise without compromising my bad knees. I look forward to a good sleep tonight!
