Tom gets a clean out and has to be temporarily homed in a jug!
So reminds me of being a kid and every week cleaning out my goldfish and putting it in a saucepan. Not much changes eh?
I'll be honest, I've done all this reading up about goldfish care and the faff it can be and I'm ignoring most of it. It's back to old school for me with a weekly clean out, fresh water run with plenty of bubbles and new plants every few weeks. Marvellous.
