Russians

In SA we got cured sausages, which we called russians. I don't know why or what the Russians had to do with it, but it was a favourite take away - russians & tjips.

We discovered a variety of Polish cured sausages at Asda, which are  as near as you can get to a russian north of the Sahara.

We had them with tjips of course.
