Black Butter

A while ago I lent a friend some Jersey guide books and maps so she could plan a holiday there.

J has just returned with this gift of black butter for me.

I shall be smearing some on pork chops prior to grilling for tea tonight.

A bit cheffy for me!

It was delicious and a chutney not a butter. Will be trying it with cold meats and cheese next:)
