Spring flowers and St. James's Church, Accrington.

I am home again after going on the train to Accrington to volunteer at One Planet shop for a couple of hours. Some nice customers came in, two with well behaved babies, and a few long chats ensued.
Being a small shop, we always make time to listen to our customers and share stories.
While the south has very warm temperature, we have rain, and misty cloudy weather. Yesterday was like the beginning of Summer, so I must say, I am yearning for some warmth.
Some of my Little Gem lettuce is showing signs of live in the raised bed.
