Notes: Didn't sleep well - middle of the night headache. Dr appt at 11a for 2nd round of gel shots in knees. Went much better this time. Hit Trader Joe's on the way back. Nice but warm day, got in some pool and beach time. Another nice dinner of chicken curry at Al's and then we sat on the beach and watched the dolphins and sunset. Jacaranda trees in bloom around town!
