With compliments

These are the lilies that mum bought me for Easter that smell throughout the whole house. It would have made my poor old Dad sick (he couldn't stand the smell) but I love them! I always wanted to have some of my own growing in my garden and for a couple of years I managed a few in pots. I shall try again this year. It stems (do you see what I did there) from an album cover that my Dad had when I was little. It was James Last & his orchestra and he was standing in a black suit holding a single lily and I thought how beautiful it was. Funny the things you remember isn't it?
