Affirmation.

I was up very early - 4.30 am - unable to sleep; the beginning of term always throws me off kilter. 
In between in-service training and beginning of term meetings, I took a moment to walk through The Rose Garden below Chapel. 
My affirmation: I have the time and the leisure to see beauty and enjoy the silence.
