We have our own Skyscraper!

Here is the Hilton Hotel at the bottom of Deansgate in Manchester.  I think its a bit ugly to be honest (I wonder what Prince Charles would say?).  It stands all on its own as it was built before the last crash!  I think the idea was to have a lot more skyscrapers back then if things had gone according to plan.  Anyway the overhang you can see clearly in photo 4 (clockwise from top left) is a glass floor at level 23 and is romantically called Cloud 23 Bar!  Yes you can stand on the glass floor of the overhang and look straight down 23 floors - I've done it and although I do have a head for heights you cannot help thinking "what if..."
