ARGH!

Woke up with a stooopid fat lip again. Very hivey too. Not good.

Spent the morning just pottering then walked to Christine's for coffee and enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon sat out in her garden putting the world to rights!

Walked to pick up the small 2 and as we walked home, got a sudden ache in the arch of my right foot.

Rested and iced it once I got home. Now laid on my bed with it elevated and my heel is throbbing despite applying Voltarol - that's be the dreaded Plantar Faciitis back again then :-(
