Birth of a Solitary Bee

Our Insect Hotel is attracting a lot of Solitary Bees, I was on the balcony this morning and watched as this little bee ( in the centre of the photo) chewed her way free, went through many pumping and bending movements before she flew away. Only got one shot, here it is. Glad we have done a little bit towards helping bees, as you can see, quite a few of the tubes are occupied.
