Riff-Raff in Hamilton

Today has been a busy day.

This morning we got up before dawn to drive up Mt Taranaki as word was it was snowing up there, so we drove up to the Stratford Mountain House to take a look.

There was at least 2 inches of snow and it was just 1oC according to the car! So we donned our Onsies and took a pic (this was a challenge from some friends in the (UK), then made our way back down.

Back to pack for our trip up north. Teary first goodbye to Fiona as it will be the last time we will see her in a home setting for a while
