Dance Dance Dance

The devil makes work for idle hands.... And seeing as though I'm pretty quiet with work of late, I decided to get inducted for some health trials. It was a touch bizarre to see all the wards were people stay for up to a month, with no physical contact with the outside world! I'm still undecided. We'll see if the work picks up.... 

I did manage to pick the girls up early on my way back from Nottingham though, and we spent the evening chilling out and watching dance routines!
