Morning light

Today all of our secondary staff attended workshops in Greymouth, so last night Kiwilizzie and I headed down to Hokitika to stay with my parents for the night. On the way back up to Greymouth this morning we stopped in at the beach where the Coast to Coast starts from (Ann Baker's territory).

The light was beautiful but we were running late so there wasn't much time to compose a shot. This is as good as I took today.

On the way back to Murchison this afternoon I did make her stop for me to take photos of a wee waterfall but even though I used a tripod the photos were really disappointing.
