secret Places

This tree stands with the same majesty as it did when it was much younger. Over the last 25 years that I have walked this trail it ages and whitens and looses some its height every year. Such dignity still.  It seems to stand as at the guardian to the secret forest places just beyond it. My MonoMonday entry.
