A walk by the seaside

It was a spectacular day today.  It reached 78F and there was not a cloud in the sky.  I was near the beach and decided to take a walk on the boardwalk.  I was glad I brought my jacket and a scarf because the wind was really whipping. 
I kept trying to visualize sitting on the beach in a couple of months with the warm sun on my body.  That cold wind was making it hard to imagine.  On warm days, ducking into this gazebo would be a welcome relief from the sun.  Today I ran in and took a few shots and ran out to get back into the warmth of the sunshine. 
It felt good to be out in the fresh air and I'm sure I'll sleep good tonight after my walk.
