Passing Through

Spent a lovely afternoon in my daughter's backyard. Sitting by the goldfish pond just enjoying the warm weather and watching the fish. Saw a couple of little garter snakes, lots of birds, a salamander. There are lily pads in the pond and I spotted at least 3 buds. Hoping to get some water lily pics later on. Took several pics of the yard, pond and flowers. Gracie and baby too.
As I was leaving I noticed this guy watching me. I took a few pics of him, but had to really crop to get it this close. Didn't have my big lens with me. Then he stayed put while I got my binoculars out of the car so I could get a closer look, and I walked back up the hill to the house to show the kids. We could see him from their living room windows. Then he quickly disappeared into the trees. I love the country life!
For those who may not be familiar with wild cats, this is a bobcat. Probably a male because of his size.
