In the woods
I was up early this morning and through to Gorebridge to do a photoshoot. Gemma a student of mine from a few years back has been working on a dance production of Red Riding Hood which will be performed at the Aberdeen International Youth Festival.
She was needing shots for promotion so she arranged for justine and a load of kids from local dance schools to meet up in Gorebridge to get the shots. We got loads of good ones with the kids, but although Gemma has release forms for the kids I don't reckon they cover my blip so Justine, who is also a former student of mine posed for a shot.
That was all done early doors so I was back home for early afternoon and got another coat of paint on the doors before heading down to training for an assessment. It was boat handling and was the final thing to be signed off on my crew profile so it was fantastic to get it completed and signed off. Obviously there is still lots of training to be done and I still have loads of learning to do as pretty much every situation we'll be out in is dynamic so there's no one way to do anything, but it feels great to be signed off as full crew now rather than trainee crew.
