MonoMonday Challenge - Water

I had just made a nice write up and then 'crash'.  Still working through PC issues... I wish my PC would go HANG itself.

Otherwise nice day.

Bike ride at lunch, lucky to catch the exact moment when they start to fill the canals with water for the year.  Looking downstream (opposite of this photo) at the next bridge, I watched as the water first came down and topped up a two foot wooden dam - chock full with debree that has collected in the canal during the winter.  The water was not very pretty - brown and turbid - trash, leaves, branches, mud...
