Kind of blue

Back to work and school after the holiday. HL home from her visit to Denmark, I fetched her from the late bus at 1.30 am this morning so it was a rather short night and we are all rather tired.
I cooked a risotto with pak choi, celery, fennel, onions and ricotta; a rather unconventional combination but I wanted to use the fresh vegetables that were around and it turned out pretty well.
This is a bit of an EB; default mode for me is usually plants and local landscapes. But the blue purple of the hyacinth fits my state of mind quite well;  calm, cool and reflective.
