Pilates

In the village hall, Flore.
I feel stretched and relaxed.. A nice way to finish the day that started with a German lesson and then a long drive to Cambridgeshire to see my mum and dad. Dad was engrossed in his computer which I guess is a good sign and I took mum to Tesco's for some groceries then helped her change the bed. She needs to use a walking stick so it's tricky on her own!
Looking forward to a warm, sunny day tomorrow and two Nordic walks. :-)
