St Winifreds Well

Monday and my get up and go has got up and gone.
I hate it when I feel like this, a rubbish nights sleep tossing and turning so shattered before the day started.

Its been a full on day which has involved mentoring and motivating,  observing safe walking routes and acting as a positive role model. 

A better day with the weather  not that I've seen much of it. Just waiting for the space station to pass overhead,  watched it go over last night couldn't believe how fast it went past
