Baked Egg Art

After yesterday's 10k exertions in Clapham Common which I think left me with minor heatstroke, I awoke this morning with a craving for baked eggs.

It's a simple idea from one of Rachel Allen's books, requiring a wee sprinkle of spice mix comprising cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper. She also adds a splash of cream but I didn't have any in fridge on this occasion.
