Long lenses

Took delivery of a 100-300 mm lens for my 4/3 lumix, so experimenting this afternoon and soon discovered the short comings of hand holding a long lens in low light. This is one of the better images. When I got home put camera on tripod, set camera to "A" mode photographed a static image and got good results
