My favourite colour..

My Hebe variagata is flowering.

Tomorrow I will suffer, I did back to back classes this morning at the gym, body pump followed by body balance. As I have not been to the gym since early December, I suspect that tomorrow my muscles will ache.  I didn't go mad and load the bar with heavy weights, kept it light, then I will up the weights slowly over the next few weeks.
