I Did It

Last time I went to give blood I was turned away because I hadn't been back from Phuket long enough....today I did it. It didn't take long and it didn't hurt. It's been a while since I gave blood. There are a lot of changes and I must say for the better. The chairs were far more comfy than the beds you used to lay down on. All was good. Now I just wait until I can do it again.

I took my bike out this morning as it was such a beautiful day. But it was so windy. Great cycling with the wind behind you but peddling up hills with the wind in front was bloody hard work. But I need to get out on my bike at least three times a week if I don't want to let myself down doing the triathlon I've entered. Sometimes I think I've bitten of more than I can chew!
