Hanging on....

despite the really strong wind that has been battering the house and garden the last couple of days!

Food shop, trip to Homebase for some primer (keeping Geoff busy painting one of the wooden dressers during these early weeks of packing up the tobacco), home quick hair wash, soup, and change then off to work, everyone who was due arrived, phew!, then home to knitting, finished my book, Crooked House, which kept me changing my mind right until the end, bath, now to watch Vera, the sort of detective I would like to think I would have been had I followed my original plan to join the police force (ha ha!), then to bed, early to work tomorrow and weigh in day, fingers crossed.
