Well Hello Dolly!

Myself and José (doing a fine job modelling!) finished off our own DIY Dolly today. We put it together for about $100, of which, by far the most expensive parts were the 16 new Skateboard Wheels.

For a 1st attempt at something like this, it has worked out really, really well. It can happily take the weight of the camera and 1 person and still glide effortlessly on the PVC Piping track.

Also saved ourselves over a grand on a buying (not that we could've afforded it!) a professional rig, so, "Job's a good'un", as Mark Riley would be inclined to say.

Just need to get out and practice w/it, once we've added a push/pull handle and cups & hook (for elasticated bands) for stabilising the tripod.
