Leaving a mark

I am not a mother or a teacher, so I guess this can't apply to me much except I dohave 5 nephews (whose lives I was involved in when they were young) and I did help G for 16 years with Pathfinders (she taught, and I played guitar/led worship) so I *may* just have made a difference in the lives of young people! :D

Seriously though, G has had a mega blitz in her room over these last two weeks and yesterday was what I thought "the grand finale", but apparently there is lots more still to be done! (Teachers and their stuff!)

This wall hanging came out of one of the boxes, so I have hung it up on a wall just outside her room. I like it. It's what we live by as neither of us drive a car to speak off (not in this town anyway) and we live in an old established part of town which is only visited by expats when they come to the shopping area where "copy" watches and handbags are sold!!!

A new week started and Sundays are always so tough! Took Pauline (my father's wife) out for a meal as we weren't able to meet up yesterday.
