Unusual twinning

We went to Teigngrace to walk a part of the Templer Way (an old industrial route from Haytor to Teignmouth), and I spotted this sign at the entrance to the village. Apparently this "twinning" with the daughters of Zeus took place after a successful campaign to save local woodland.
