Tea cup dog

Went to " northern rags" clothes shop in Fleetwood which is run by a pal. On entering shop spotted something behind the counter! Which is what I thought was a hamster but NO it was his new family dog. It sat in the palm of his hand as he spoke to me and my eldest. Can't remember it's name but it was a Chinese phrase meaning little sister. In pic is my 12 yr old eldest who said it was a tea cup dog as that's what it fits in!!!!!!
