Huff and Puff

Winter has approached, and all the yummy hot high carb dinners are on the table... I decided it was time to get serious about some exercise. Up before the crack of dawn, all geared up in thermals and lights ready to mount the trusty steed.

What a shock to my system that was! But feels great to be back on the bike, and looking forward to many more early morning rides, and extravagant sunrises.
