A Trip back In Time

This is just a simple shot of 2 trucks that immediately made me think of my childhood watching nonsense 70s & 80s American television like the the A-Team or The Incredible Hulk or Spiderman.

All of which featured (to my eyes) exotic looking cars that you never saw in Ireland. And now that I'm Mexico, it's like everywhere I turn, I'm reminded of these Classic (to my eyes) modes of transport.

The thing I love about these trucks, is that the basic shape of them hasn't changed much in the 30ish years since I've been aware of them, which makes them kind of timeless (to my eyes).

The big yin is a water truck, on which you will occasionally find a man w/a large hose engaged in drive-by hosings of the plants and grass on the side of the road.
