Face-Off

This afternoon was the last game of the regular season for professional hockey.  It seemed a shame to spend the afternoon indoors when it was so splendid outdoors but I was compensated by the lovely walk to the arena and back. My husband was pleased because his team, the NY Rangers prevailed over the Washington Capitals. 

This is one of the busiest weekends of the year in DC because of the Cherry Blossom Festival.  We decided to wait until tomorrow to go to the tidal basin to see them because of the parade today, which made getting across town nearly impossible. 


I keep forgetting to fix my location on the camera and so had to resort to an exif editor to get tomorrow’s date off and today’s date on so I could upload this.
