New Cooper Union Building

As I was walking to the subway station at Astor Place, I passed the
Cooper Union building, finished in 2009.  Controversial, especially
by those who live in the neighborhood.  Sometimes I think it works
and sometimes I think it doesn't.  Maybe it will grow on me more,
as time passes.
