Catch it while you can!

Our spring is so short. Already I am dead heading daffodils and I see there are more to do in this shot. Always the way. We shall soon be plunged into the heat of summer. So far we have avoided the storms (I almost feel guilty saying that because Illinois has had some bad ones) but we really do need rain.
Quiet weekend for us. We are not going to visit I. They want a weekend to themselves and I can't blame them. Everybody wants to visit at the weekend.
